Kennedy Leonard has shattered the WBBL single-game assists record.
The Great Britain international had 21 assists in London Lions’ 91-59 defeat of Caledonia Pride.
Leonard, who lifted the WBBL Trophy and the final MVP prize seven days earlier, added 13 points and six rebounds in the game.
She is expected to link up with some of the Pride players to represent Scotland in qualifying for next year’s Commonwealth Games.
Earlier this season, the American-born guard had to recover from contracting Covid.
